This week I craved something sweet, yet not a total overload of sugar. This simple banana boat is something I picked up from summer camps years ago. We made them on the open campfire back then, but your home oven works just as fine!
Ingredients:1 large banana
5 Hershey kisses (with almonds)
2 jumbo marshmallows
1 graham cracker square
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Wrap banana in tin foil. Cut off top part of the banana peel, leaving it as if it were to be hollowed out like a boat! Cut slits into banana and fill with crushed kisses, pulled apart marshmallows and crumbled up graham crackers. Bake for 10 minutes or until marshmallows are golden brown and chocolate is melted. Mhmm!
